Movie Time!!!

2 02 2012

Hey, guess what? I made a movie. Bear and Princess were playing and I decided to get it on film.

Click Here to view. Once you have seen the movie, you can come down here to read the description. Click the back button to get back here.

So I bet you are wondering how we did that last part. Well, Bear had a blob of playdough in his hand and when he got hit, he brought the blob up to his head very fast, so it looks like he got hit. I thought that it was silly. I will be making more movies, so be on the lookout for them!

Long time no read, take 2

19 01 2012

Hey, its me. Sorry, but I don’t think I can keep up with the puzzles, but, I will be adding new posts more often! Yay!! :) So anyway, my life has been pretty ordinary so far. Maybe. Okay, seriously, I have some things to say. I have been through quite a bit lately, and most of what it has been was fun! My dad took me to see MI: 4, ghost protocol. I say it was super suspenseful. I would recommend it.

I am doing something for school, that was in my announcements. A video gaming challenge! There is a website that holds a video game challenge, where you make a video game and send it to the judges in some way. Then the most innovative game wins a laptop and $2,000 either for the winner or towards the Florida Virtual School. I don’t know. Anyway, there is a brother in the church that has video game software, and he is helping me. He helped me with a really great game idea. Maybe after I get it done, I could send you the link or somehow let you guys try it out.

I have read a bunch of books, but for school, I had to read the book, Tangerine, by Edward Bloor. GREAT book. I would recommend it, but first let you be prepared. The main character, Paul Fisher, is a teenager in seventh grade who is legally blind, but Paul can’t remember what happened to make him vision impaired. It is an interesting book.

My French is getting better, too. Deux cent quatre-vingt-dix-neuf, or 299. I can say other things, but they are a bit hard to spell.

I hope you enjoyed my new post. See you soon. Brother C.

Can you Figure This one Out? Solution

6 10 2011

And now…….the moment you’ve all been waiting for. The Answer!!!!!

“…Kane D. Caen!” said Andrew, pointing at Kane. Everyone gasped. Kane looked sick to the stomach.

“W-Why?” asked Jack.

“Here are the clues,” said Andrew. “First, was Kane going into the bathroom. Not to use it, but wash his hands and face to get rid of the messy chocolate on his face. That’s why I saw that Kane’s face was slightly wet also. Then, was Hannah, seeing that it was a he who got out after Seal went to the bathroom. She also saw what He had on his pajamas, but Kane overheard, so he got his sleeping bag, but forgot that Avarry saw that Kane’s sleeping bag, the one with zig-zag stripes on it, was empty. Then He gave himself away when he didn’t eat his donut like he was hungry because he already had a donut. Jack’s donut. The final clue was when I was asking kane what he was doing during the time of the crime. He said he was fast asleep while Jack’s mom ‘came in with the donuts, out them on the table to cool, and went into the bedroom.’ He couldn’t have known that unless he ate the donut.”

Everyone looked at Kane. He smiled. “Exactly right, Andrew,” he said, surprising Andrew.

“What?” Andrew said, confused.

“You didn’t notice that this was planned out by me, Jack’s mother, Jack himself, and everyone else.”

Andrew was perplexed.

“We did this because we knew it was your birthday today, and we wanted to give you a good case to solve for your present.” said Kane.

“That, and this cake.” said Jack as his mother came in with a big chocolate cake.

“Happy Birthday!” everyone said.

Andrew blushed. He had forgotten about his birthday. He was having so much fun solving this case. He took a piece of cake and they all had a happy day.

If you picked Kane D. Caen, you were right! I hope you enjoyed the mystery!

Can you figure this one out?

5 10 2011

I thought I would bring some mysteries into my blog. I hope you can figure this one out!

“Hey! Who ate my Donut?”

Andrew Noitall  is back, but he moved to Florida. He also aged from the last time we saw him, too. he is thirteen, and solves much harder cases now. This was one of those cases.

Andrew was at a sleepover with one of his friends. Or five of his friends. They all ate pizza together and watched movies like Thor and The Dark Night. Then, at 12:37 a.m., they fell asleep.

They woke to the smell of freshly baked donuts. Andrew, Lumb R. Jack (they call him Jack),Avarry Deepwel, Kane D. Cean, Seal Bote, and Hannah Lovlay (She slept with Jack’s baby brother as help for Jack’s mom) went downstairs to eat. Kane went to the bathroom first. they all sat down and grabbed a donut. All except Jack.

“Hey! Where’s my favorite donut?” said Jack disappointed. He was looking forward to his special donut.

“What do you mean ‘Where’s your favorite donut’?” asked Jack’s mom. “I got you your Extra Fudge-filled Swirl Deluxe donut.”

“It’s not there.” Jack said. Andrew felt bad. He knew it was his favorite donut, and could not stand it if he didn’t get it. He didn’t throw a fit, he just asks if he could go get another one politely. But this was not one of those times.

Andrew looked around as Jack’s mom calmed Jack down and talked to him. Everyone was eating their donuts, except Kane. He was just taking extra small bites, as though he wasn’t hungry. His hands  and face were slightly wet. This made Andrew curious. He decided to talk to everyone, just to know if they were innocent or not.

After everyone was done, and Jack’s mom got Jack another donut, Andrew asked everyone, one at a time, into Jack’s room for interrogating. He started out with Avarry Deepwel first.

“So can you tell me where you were during 7:30 a.m.?”asked Andrew.

“Well I was probably asleep, but I do remember waking slightly around 7:30 a.m. because of two sounds. One of them was Jack’s mother coming home, probably with the donuts, and the second was someone creeping around the room and going outside into the dining room.” said Avarry.

“Thank you.” said Andrew.

Next was Seal. “so what were you doing around 7:30 this morning.” asked Andrew.

“Well,” started Seal. “I woke up to use the bathroom, but before I got up, I noticed there was a sleeping bag empty. It looked like it had zig-zag stripes on it. Then I got up when Jack’s mom was coming into the house. I looked into the dining room and then went into the bathroom.”

“Well that explains the sounds that woke up Avarry. Thanks for your time.”

Next was Hannah, Andrew’s closest friend. They knew each other since preschool, they are the same age, and are in the same grade, which is seventh. They are partners in Andrew’s detective agency.

“What were you doing around the time of 7:30 a.m.?” asked Andrew.

“Like Seal and Avarry, I woke up, but I saw someone go out of the room after Seal came back from the bathroom. My door was slightly open, so I couldn’t see who it was, but I saw what style of pajamas he was wearing.”

He?” asked Andrew.

“Yes, he. Anyway, the pajamas had a zig-zag stripes on it. They were red and blue.”

“Thanks Hannah.” Andrew said. Ha gave Hannah a quick hug before he called Kane in. He was wearing his sleeping bag around him. It had a zig-zag stripe pattern on it.

“What were you doing around the time of 7:30 a.m., and why are you wearing your sleeping bag around you?”

“I’m c-c-cold,” said Kane, shivering. “and I was fast asleep by the time Jack’s mom brought in the donuts and set them down on the table and went into her bedroom to let them cool. I woke up when everyone else woke up to eat donuts.”

“Thank you, Kane. Now, I must ask every one to come into the living room.” said Andrew with a smile on his face.

After every one was seated in the living room, Andrew asked for attention. “Everyone! I am about to tell you who ate Jack’s donut!”

“Who did it?” was the question that went around the group. Jack stood up.

“Just to let you know, I will not be mad if any of you did it. It was just a small matter, and you are my friends. I will forgive you.” Jack said.

“Well you better start forgiving, Jack,” said Andrew. “because the person who ate the donut is…”

Who ate the donut?

Leave your answers in the comments please.

I will give the answer tomorrow.
